Some devoted Scottie families never get to know the exact date of their Scotties’ birthdays, and so choose their “Gotcha Day” to celebrate this event. Michelle Parker Nuckles and her family are just one of many doing just that this very moment …. for today is the 1st anniversary of their beloved Scottie “Taillur”.
