- 125g (4½ oz) cottage cheese
- 75g (2½ oz) grated parmesan cheese
- 300g (11 oz) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 100g (3½ oz) finely chopped hazelenuts
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well using the dough hooks on a hand-held mixer. Use 2 teaspoons to shape little portions of the dough and place the shapes on the baking sheet.
Bake the biscuits for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the biscuits dry for another 2 hours in the oven. Store in a paper or linen bag. The cheese dreams will keep for about 4 weeks.
