Liver Cake

Courtesy of my friends at ‘rawk9’ I stumbled across another tasty sounding doggie treat. We’ve not tried this yet, so if you get to do it before we do, drop us a line and let us know what it’s like!

  • 1lb liver
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 2 tbs water or stock
  • 2 cups flour (barley flour) add a little more flour if necessary to make it a solid dough consistency

Put the liver, eggs, garlic, water and oil into a blender and puree. Put the flour into a large bowl and pour the liver mix on top and mix it together. Spread onto a pan until it is approx 1 inch thick. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into pieces.
